1/2 lbs or 250 grams Ground Chicken Breast
2 tablespoons Chopped Parsley/ Cilantro
2 clove Minced garlic
1 cup Grated Zucchini
1 tablespoon Salt
1 teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
1 tablespoon Avacado oil/Olive oil
Grate the zucchini with skin on. Place the paper towel over the grated zucchini to absorb the excess water. Dispose off the paper towel.
In the same plate/bowl, add ground chicken, chopped parsley, minced garlic, salt, pepper powder, and oil. Combine well.
Now, place 2 tbsp of prepared mixture on your palm, shape it to a round ball and then flatten it slightly to form a patty.
Heat a pan on a medium flame, add 2 table spoon oil and place the prepared patties on the pan.
Cook patties for about 5 minutes per side until chicken is cooked through and gets a nice golden brown color, flipping in between. Add more oil as needed.
Oven instructions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees Celsius. Spray a bit of olive or avocado oil onto a baking tray lined with Aluminum foil. Bake at 400 degrees for about 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
