Description

This recipe of Oats Pancake is super easy to make and can be made within 15 minutes. Start your day with this healthy delicious Oats Pancake.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Oats (Instant)
  • pinch salt
  • 1 tablespoon butter (melted)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cups yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions
    1. Grind the oats to fine powder
    2. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, do not over mix.
    3. Heat a pan, pour the batter, cook on medium heat.
    4. Flip when bubbles start popping out.
    5. Serve hot with honey and fruits.
    You can add blueberry on top of the batter after you add it into the pan. The taste of blueberry goes very well with pancakes.
Notes

pancakes can be stored in the refrigerator for 4 days. Reheat in an oven for 1 minute or Sprinkle some water and cover in aluminum foil and place in 180 degree C oven for 7-8 minutes.
