How to make Orange Blossom Mocktail
Step 1:
Make orange juice: Wash the orange thoroughly and cut it in half and squeeze the juice out. You can also peel it and run it in a blender to obtain the juice.
It’s best to squeeze the orange juice to avoid the pulp. But if you want to run it in a blender, filter the juice to remove the fiber from the juice.

I use Naval oranges, as they are sweet and have a lot of juice in them. you can use any kind of oranges like tangerine, Valencia or mandarin.
Step 2:
Make ginger juice: Take half an inch of ginger and crush using a mortar and pestle. Squeeze the juice out of the ginger into a small cup.
If you do not have a mortar and pestle, place the ginger pieces on a bowl and crush using the back of the knife.

Ginger makes it a slight pungent drink. You can skip this, if its not your cup of tea.
Step 3:
Assemble the juice: In a glass, add the orange juice, ginger juice, honey and mix well. Then, add non-alcoholic apple-flavored beer. Place an orange on the side and serve chilled with ice.
I used Barbican apple-flavored beer, you can also substitute it with an apple sparkling drink or with sprite and apple juice.

I love barbicans apple-flavored non-alcoholic beer. Feel free to use any of the above-mentioned substitutes, as they all work well in this mocktail recipe.
