  • 500 grams Chicken breast/ Ground meat
  • 1 cup Mixed vegetables
  • 5 cloves Garlic
  • 1/2 inch Ginger
  • 4 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1+1/2 tablespoon Salt
  • 3 teaspoons Pepper Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 2 teaspoons Coriander Powder
  • 2 teaspoons Chicken/Mutton Masala (Optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1+1/2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 25 Samosa leaves
  • 1/2 liter Oil (to fry samosa)
  1. In a food processor/grinder, chop the vegetables or use the frozen chopped veggies.
  2. In a pan, add olive oil and sauté the chopped ginger garlic for 1 minute.
  3. Add the minced chicken and cook on high flame until the color of the mince changes.
  4. Next add all the spices in and cook further for 4-5 minutes or until the mince is cooked through.
  5. Now add chopped veggie mixture and sauté on high flame for 2 minutes. Sprinkle lemon juice.
  6. Let the filling cool, then fill the samosa leaves with the filling.
  7. : Freeze it at this point for later use, or deep fry them right away or Place them on a baking sheet and Bake in a preheated oven at 180°c for 30- 35 minutes (lighty brush with olive oil)
  8. Enjoy Samosas hot and fresh with tomato ketchup.
