when an infected person sneezes or coughs, droplets can land on his hand, surfaces or objects. Not to mention the virus will defently permiate into things he touches as well.

When at home, you surely are going to have groceries, foods and daily essential items delivered to your home, which may have been in contact with the virus.

How long can coronavirus live on surfaces?

coronavirus or covid-19 according to a study from National Institute of Health(NIH) is believed to live on surfaces on copper for 4 hours, on cardboard for 1 day, 3 days on plastics and stainless steel, and can live in the air for about 3 hours.

Temperature in the region also plays a vital role in determining the life span of the virus.

How to disinfect the objects off coronavirus?

Cutlery, dishes, plastic packaged goods, bottled items, cans etc can be washed with liquid detergents.

Clothes can be washed in the washing machine with regular washing liquids

Fruits and vegetables can be washed with hot salt water.

Door nobs and other surfaces can be cleaned with household disinfectants.

Cartons, mail or other non-washable things can be kept under sunlight and let them sit for 3 days

For the money, You can apply a small cloth/ tissue paper on the iron table and place the money upon it and iron it. Make sure to throw the cloth into the washing machine and disinfect the iron box and wash your hand as well.

When you get something delivered, make sure that you place the bags in a corner, wash your hands, sanitize the door nobs, set the money aside, if you received change from the delivery guy. Disinfect everything one by one or leave it in a corner(make sure no one reaches for it) for 3 days.
